As Traverse City’s home for wheels and tires, Discount Tire is eager and happy to help you! We’re located on US Highway 31 just North of Airport Rd – the northernmost Discount Tire store in Michigan.

Looking for new tires or rims? We’ve got the lowest prices and a team you can trust for expert wheel and tire installation. Need service? Count on us for rotation, balance, tire repair, and winter tire changes. Plus, air checks are always quick, easy and free.

With eight service bays, we’ll get you taken care of quickly. While we work, enjoy free Wi-Fi in our large waiting area.

There are shopping and dining options a short walk away, including Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and the variety of choices available to you across the street at the Grand Traverse Mall.

Ready for winter? We have the widest selection of snow tires at the best prices around. Did you know we also offer a number of winter-specific services and products? I've been going to Discount tire for awhile lol my mercury grand marquis, my equinox & now my Chevy truck! They are CONSISTENT with the customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for new tires! They are very informative and their associates are trained perfectly!

The best tire shop i have ever been to. They got me in with in minutes of getting there, mounted and balanced 37 in tires in under an hour. Brought up issues i had that needed attention that other tire shops missed. Every one was friendly. Best experience getting tires put on in 50 years. Can't say enough
